Clear aligners

Braces

Retainers

Retainers help maintain the new position of the teeth after clear-aligner or braces treatment. They may be removable or fixed, depending on the treatment plan. Consistent use and proper care are important because teeth can move again after active orthodontic treatment has finished.

Not every alignment or bite concern can be managed using the same treatment. Suitability for clear aligners or braces can only be confirmed following an individual clinical and orthodontic assessment.

Any existing tooth decay or gum-health concerns may need to be managed before active teeth straightening begins. Maintaining good oral hygiene and attending review appointments are important throughout treatment.
